Get ready to skate and clean up our local skatepark this summer at our fun-filled event!The next Greenfield Skate & Sweep will be held on Saturday, June 8thfrom 10AM-1PM! Come help clean your favorite local park and join us for a skate session afterwards!
Prizes are awarded to the top three participants that collect the most trash by weight. Since July of 2021, we have collected over 980 pounds of trash from Greenfield Lake Park—which is the equivalent of over 39 trees!
Due to our partnership with @plasticoceanproject.inc, Skate & Sweeps are Trees4Trash events! A tree is planted in Wilmington for every 25 pounds of trash collected.
Trash bags and gloves will be provided!
