Join us for action-packed, creative and relaxing days designed to inspire movement, imagination, and well-being!
Each day includes:
✨ Themed dance routines in a variety of styles
🧘♀️ Yoga, movement games, and well-being activities
🎨 Mindful arts & crafts to express creativity and unwind
🍽️ A healthy, hot cooked meal plus fruit snacks
😌 A calming guided relaxation to finish each session
🎶 Different dance styles every day!
👕 Please wear comfy clothes suitable for movement and bring a bottle of water. Get ready for fun, friendship, and creativity!

What to Expect:
In the mornings, children will explore themed dance routines, learn new moves, and play fun active games to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork.
After a nutritious cooked lunch*, we’ll enjoy relaxing arts & crafts—encouraging self-expression and creativity through mindful activities they can take home.
To finish, each session ends with a soothing guided relaxation to help children recharge, unwind, and build emotional resilience.
