Held in a quiet woodland space, this half-day retreat offers a moment to pause and return to yourself. Through mindful movement, breath, and immersion in nature, we’ll spend a few intentional hours softening into the present and remembering what it feels like to be grounded.
We’ll begin with a short opening circle and meditation to set gentle intentions for the morning, followed by a grounding, forest-inspired yoga practice. From there, we’ll move into the woodland sauna and cold plunge – a ritual that both awakens and calms, inviting deep presence and clarity.
After a break for tea and nourishing snacks, we’ll settle into a restorative yoga session, followed by yoga nidra – a guided yogic sleep to support nervous system reset. The retreat will close with a simple circle to reflect and integrate.
The rhythm of the morning is slow, steady, and held with care. It’s a space for anyone seeking rest, connection, and a deeper sense of quiet – held in the heart of the trees.
