Join us as we explore the sights, sounds, and beauty of early summer at our once monthly forest bathing class, hosted this month at Ken-O-Sha Park! 🌲This unique 1-hr experience is led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Katie Venechuk, and focuses on stepping away from the hustle of day-to-day life for time in the peace of nature.
During this class, you'll be led in:
🌱 A grounding guided nature meditation
🌱 A short breathwork practice in the fresh forest air
🌱 A summer-themed forest bathing invitation to help you relax, keep connected to nature, & stay in alignment with the changing seasons
🌱 A closing community circle, where we’ll share a few words and enjoy time together among the trees
Essential oils for meditation, sit pads, blankets, and an option of DEET free or DEET insect repellant are provided, if needed.
