A guided foraging walk and crystal grid setting, along hedgerow and shore line, to amplify and energise in the journey towards the Solstice
About this Event

Join Vicky and Fiona for this immersive experience on one of Argyll's most beautiful beach locations, and discover the rejuvenating power of Nature.

There is a lot of anecdotal evidence to suggest that there are countless benefits from spending time near blue spaces and our Argyll coastline, with it's rugged, almost savage at times beauty, is both accessible and abundant. Negative ions generated over the ocean are thought to be beneficial for our overall psychological health, well being and productivity, offering enhanced air quality, that in turn can improve our psychological functioning.

Enhance your mood, boost your immune system and lower your stress levels with, foraging for wild foods and medicine along the shore, and set a crystal grid to amplify and energise, as we approach the Summer Solstice.

This is a special two part experience. During this session will shall set our crystal grid and leave it for four weeks to gain energy and amplify. After four weeks we shall revisit the grid.

The use of crystals to harness particular energetic frequencies of minerals, is a practise that has been used across many civilisations, including the Celts.

Setting crystal grids is seen as a way to amplify the energy of crystals and create a focused and coherent energetic field. It is believed that the geometric patterns and the arrangement of crystals create a synergy that enhances the individual properties of each crystal, making intentions more powerful.

During our session we will learn;

About how to set a crystal grid yourself, in both a natural setting or at home

How to forage for wild food, medicine and wild crafting materials safely and sustainably

F oraging and the law

About how to identify a wide variety of wild plants

About how to make wild teas, infusions and tinctures

About how to make the most of our common kitchen herbs

What easy changes can be made to support ourselves

How to connect with the Earth on a deeper, more meaningful level

We shall start the day with a welcoming circle and mindfully wander along the hedgerow and coastline, identifying a wide variety of native Summer plants and seaweeds, through touch, taste and smell

Fiona will lead us in setting a crystal grid which we shall leave in place to gain energy and amplify our intentions. You will all select your own crystal and Fiona will guide us in how to work with our crystal in the future. We shall end with a closing circle and a wild drink and snack

You will end the day feeling nurtured and uplifted, having spent it in the arms of Mother Nature herself

After the event you will receive a follow-up email listing all of the plants we met along the way, some resources and book recommendations and some wild food recipes to try at home.
