Have you ever wanted to learn more about foraging your own natural wild food and medicine?Join foraging teacher Stef Stewart of Oak and Wildflower for a walk in the woods as we explore Summer edible and medicinal plants, and discuss safe and sustainable foraging.

We'll meet at the beautiful Lavender Nook shop in Townhill, and then take a walk around the local area to meet some of the in-season plants, as we discuss their culinary and medicinal benefits. We'll use sensory learning and discuss some basic principles of foraging. We'll then return to the calming space of The Lavender Nook for a relaxing and grounding Wild Tea Circle, where you will have the opportunity to taste one of the plants we met along our walk, and tune into its energetics.
Please note that this event requires moderate walking and standing. Event will take place rain or shine.
