Get ready to sweat, stretch, and stay motivated all summer long with the Summer Fitness Series, proudly sponsored by Victress MVMT. This free, community-focused workout series kicks off in June and runs through August, with classes taking place every Saturday morning. The schedule alternates between high-energy HIIT workouts at the Victress studio and outdoor classes at the City Centre Commons, creating a unique rotating experience for participants.Each month, the first three Saturdays will feature HIIT-style classes. Those held at Victress will include equipment, while the classes at City Centre Commons will be bodyweight-only, perfect for an energizing start to your weekend in the fresh air.
On the final Saturday of each month, we’ll slow things down with a yoga session at City Centre Commons. Participants who attend all four classes in any given month will be entered to win an awesome giveaway prize from local businesses.
Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking to get moving with neighbors and friends, the Summer Fitness Series is your chance to stay active, support local businesses, and make the most of summer in La Vista. -July 12: HIIT class with NO equipment at City Centre Commons
-July 19: HIIT class with equipment at Victress
-July 26: Yoga class at City Centre Commons
AUGUST
-August 2: HIIT class with equipment at Victress
