SUMMER FIELD TRIP THE HISTORY OF SOUTHERN FOOD
In this class we will learn about the impact that African Americans had on America's food culture as well as cook Edible Education interpretation of recipes found in one of first female African American published cookbook, called "What Mrs. Fisher Know about Southern Cooking" as well as learn about Mrs. fisher and her story.
