About this Event
The vendors fee is non-refundable. It secures your spot and confirms your participation in the Summer Fest Popup Shop, dated 6/26 located at 415 W. 119th St @ XFATAZZ Cycling and Fitness Studio!
The vendors fee is $75. This includes a 6ft table and chair. The fee is $65 if you bring your own table. No 8ft tables allowed.
No REFUNDS
This is an indoor/outdoor event. In the event of any occurrence beyond our control, the Summer Fest Popup Shop will be rescheduled for a later date. If this event is canceled, this contract becomes null and void and all vendors will receive a full refund.
Standing banners are allowed but they cannot take up any additional vendors space unless an additional table is purchased.
Promotion of this event is a shared responsibility between the host and the vendors. I will do my part as the host to promote this event. Be sure to share this event with your customer base and post on all social media platforms weekly. Invite your family and friends out as well. These efforts will maximize your profitability!
This Popup starts at 2pm, so the doors will be open to vendors at 1pm for setup. Enter through the back gate from the parking lot.
Marvelously Maria LLC, Rose Room Chicago, and XFATAZZ Cycling and Fitness Studio are not liable for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, patrons, or volunteers are on the premises. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their products and product effects.
