With craft workshops including Herbalism and Strawcraft, activities such as the Pendon Passport trail and Mini Sports Day, and information stands from Long Wittenham and Highworth historic societies.
Session workshops:
The below workshops will be running sessions all day - sign up at reception and you will be allocated a timed ticket upon arrival. Please be aware that slots are likely to get booked up fast, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

Drop-in workshops:
These activities are drop-in, running all day and do not need to be booked on arrival.
- Scenic Modelling
- Candle Making
- Woodland Talks
- Pendon Passport (an activity book exploring Pendon and the local area)
- Mini Sports Day & outdoor game activities
Workshops will run from 11am to 4pm and are suitable for adults and children age 6+. Please be aware that each child will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Or purchased at reception upon arrival. Tickets are inclusive of all workshops attended and entry to the magical miniature world of Pendon Museum. Alternatively, normal museum entry fees apply to visitors not wishing to participate in the festival.
Wrist bands will be provided for event attendees so that you can come and go throughout the day as you please.

Children under 5 and Carers get in Free.
There will be a picnic area in the field with blankets available to hire, or please feel free to bring your own. The museum tea room will be serving light refreshments as usual. For something more substantial, The Plough, a pub a short walk away has a play area and provides excellent lunch options.
