2022 Dry Riesling paired with Pinsa di Roma
Hand pressed pizza bread topped with extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella cheese, chicken, and house made bruschetta mix. Drizzled with balsamic reduction.
2nd Course:
2022 Barrel Aged Chardonnay paired with Mini Sliders
Angus beef with hot honey and caramelized onions
3rd Course:
2022 Merlot paired with Aranci
Fresh mozzarella with oxtail ragu in rice ball, breaded and fried golden brown. 4th Course: 2022 Rosé paired with Strawberry Biscuit Shortcake Homemade biscuits topped with fresh strawberries and house made mint infused whipped cream.
