Just Clark is a singer-songwriter reviving the roots of American-made music. He digs into a woody sound that echoes through the hollers. Clark's music embodies a timeless resonance that harks back to the cherished sounds of classic Americana folk. From poet to picker, the native Texan conjuse a sound as bright as the Lonestar herself.
Pete Posie: Steeped in the tradition of country blues and Western swing, Pete's straight ahead style tells the tales of the American tradition. After many thousands of miles traveling the country as a pedal steel player with honky tonk bands, Pete has picked up the guitar to offer his take on traditional tunes as well as original songs.
Cooper Kenward writes warm feel-good-even-if-you-feel-bad songs. Hailing from a small town in Northern California, he explores the odd backroads of the heart. He has a mix of songs that could be blasted from a barn, giggled from a ferris wheel, or hummed in a rainstorm.
Morgan McHugh, Bellingham local, boldly pens his own entry in the decades-old folk-americana songbook. Powerful vocals that cut to the bone. "I write from the heart and I really think about what I'm writing," he notes. "There's real ebb and flow to the process. For the past few years I've spent the summers on finshing boats in Alaaska, and when I don't have cell service and I'm really of the grid I have a lot of time to think. It is when the creative process really gets rolling." McHugh's songs come from a deeply personal perspective; clean, and honest.
