Hello OPHCC Friends!
We're excited to announce our next gathering event at the Port Angeles Food Bank!
Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition meetings provide a valuable forum for each of you to share your news, and to learn from each other around the table.
We'll talk challenges, partnership opportunities, and build or reinforce connections. Our strength lies in working together throughout our county!
Meal is being provided by Port Angeles Food Bank Comfort Café.
Menu is: Sweet Potato Chicken Chili, Chickpea Cacciatore (vegan), salad, bread, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. (Please indicate which main course option you'd like during registration, so appropriate quantities can be prepared).
A short talk about hidden sugars in food will be given by Neil Dexter, Port Angeles Food Bank Culinary Program Manager.
NOTE: Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling - More details to follow.
BRING YOUR BUSINESS CARDS & MATERIALS! We'll have a table for your brochures, event flyers, etc.
Each of you, and the organizations you represent, are central to the well-being of this community. Coming together and reconnecting over a meal can help all of us reinforce the bonds that tie us all together.
