About this Event

Join us this Summer at the University of Redlands Gregory Hall, Room 161 to view thought-provoking films. Following each film, we'll take some time to discuss its impacts and any insights or questions it brought up.

Our first film, Common Ground, will be presented on Thursday, June 20. This is an award winning film about how changing agricultural practices could potentially save the world. Featuring independent farmers and celebrities discussing how many of our challenges are related to the state of the world’s soil.

Join us Thursday, July 11 for Don't Look Up, a satirical film about two astronomers attempting to warn humanity about an approaching comet that will destroy human civilization. The impact event is an allegory for climate change; and the film is a satire of government, political, celebrity, and media indifference to the climate crisis.

Doors open at 5:45 and films begin at 6:00pm. Register today and invite your neighbors, friends and family!

Follow our page and stay tuned for additional events and workshops on topics such as Disaster Preparedness, Carbon Footprints and more.
