Led by Drayton Hall’s Educators, campers will have fun and get creative as they learn about archaeology and preservation, South Carolina state symbols, the Revolutionary War, natural science, and animals and plants at Drayton Hall, past and present. They will enjoy daily nature and landscape walks, learn about science through hands-on STEAM-based activities, explore the history of the plantation and its many residents, and hone communication skills through story-telling and sharing ideas.Parents are invited to register children ages 8-10 for this year’s camp. Two sessions are available, July 15-19, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m and July 22-26 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Space is limited.
