For Kids ages 4-7 and 8-10This weeks Theme is Confidence & Courage
The week will include daily Martial Arts classes, in these classes your kids will learn and practice Kung Fu techniques, kickboxing and MMA basics. We also have lots of themed crafts, loads of active games/activities, daily outdoor excursions, nerf fun & down time activities, and as usual will finish the week with our outdoor ninja and slacklines, bumper balls, tug of war, pizza party and afternoon movie.
Weather permitting, we will be taking a daily outdoor excursion. Some days we walk to the East Hill Park, located on the corner of Bleeker and Bridge St. Here the kids will have free time to enjoy the playground and experience the challenge of our Ninja Lines and Slacklines. Some days we will be going to the Kinsmen Park where we enjoy cooling off in the splashpad or pool (weather permitting) so please send your child a swimsuit and towel each day
