Week Five (July 9th-12th): At The Movies
Pre-K through 8th Grade
Lights, Camera, Art! Create Your World Summer Art Camp is headed to the cinema as Art hits the big screen for the blockbuster of the summer! Take inspiration from your favorite movies, shows, and more to create a cinematic universe of your own! Will yours be a comedy? Action? Adventure? Scary? The possibilities are endless as we take artistic cues from movies and theaters!
Each week a Special Guest Artist will visit us to share their techniques and art within the weekly theme. Camp producer and collage artist Derek Gores will lead some of the prompts in this exciting week full of surreal surprises. Oh, THAT can be art? Get artsy while cooling off with a water activity on Thursday! Then Friday is the big show! Campers will put on an art show to display their water-inspired creations for all to see! Join us for a fun-filled week of exploration, creativity, and endless possibilities!
