Aperitivo is an Italian cultural ritual, meaning "to open". This tradition is all about socialization, relaxing, enjoying good food, and toasting "Cin cin!" Open your palete to something you've never tried before, and open yourself to your community!

Join us for another night of seasonal culinary creations by Chef Max as he highlights some of the best things to come out of the ground this summer! Utilizing fresh produce from local growers, come taste the community a little bit at a time. Summer Aperitivo night will feature a spread of five or more small bites, exclusive one-night-only desserts, and a signature mocktail. Come relax, socialize, and stimulate your apetite through the Italian tradition of aperitivo!
