This programme will consist of 30 consecutive morning classes for the whole month of June. This programme can be thought of as a challenge and a way to increase your willpower and tenacity, these traits are synonymous with good cognitive function whilst we age and also longevity. I will be planning to push your levels of fitness, mobility and strength which can only be done with consistency. There will be some active recovery scheduled in there too. I’m having the classes early so they’re accessible to most people. The cost of this programme is £175, however if you come to every single morning class I will gift you a voucher for the studio of £40. Members of the studio get the whole Kickstart programme for £100.

If you want to focus on losing weight during this two weeks I can offer a confidential weekly weigh in at either of the weekend classes if you come 15 minutes before class starts, or you can weigh yourself in the bathroom.
Everyone will be welcome to coffee before and/or after class.
You will be also be welcome to a big celebratory brunch after the last class, the cost of this is included in the programme fee.
