More than a ceremony, commencement is an important milestone in the lives of our Knights and the loved ones who have supported them throughout their educational journey.Enjoy a Smaller Celebration
Summer graduates who choose this option will have the chance to cross the stage at the Addition Financial Arena while soaking up the applause from 8 of your closest loved ones. Since this event will not be livestreamed, we encourage family members and friends in attendance to record your accomplishment to share with others.
Grad Walk will take place August 4–6. You’ll receive a link to your Knights email to select a time slot if you’d like to participate in this celebration.
Take Part in the Ceremony
Dress in official UCF regalia, participate in the Pomp and Circumstance processional, hear words of inspiration from university leadership and guest speakers, and cross the stage to receive your diploma cover during the formal Commencement ceremony at Addition Financial Arena on August 7.
The health and well-being of all UCF graduates and visitors is our top priority. Face coverings are encouraged for unvaccinated graduates and guests during the indoor ceremony. Explore UCF’s face covering guide for more information. We also encourage our campus community and visitors to get vaccinated and follow CDC guidelines. The event will be livestreamed for those near or far to partake in the celebration.
