the flow:
Suminagashi means "floating ink" or "spilled ink". Using breath and colorful inks, you'll float them on the surface of water, and dip paper to make prints. To start the workshop, you'll be guided through a short introduction and creative conversation to spark inspiration and learn about the suminagashi process. The rest of the time is yours to relax into the creative process, try the selection of Alewife beers on tap, and make mesmerizing marbled designs. You'll leave with a collection of your own marbled papers -- great for framing, letter writing, gift wrapping, collaging, etc.
All materials provided. Drinks from Alewife include beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
