About this Event
“Sumballo” means “encounter.” So our aim is to facilitate artists encountering one another and encountering the craft they develop, more deeply. With these sessions, hope to value and honor art models and the figure drawing community, as models and artist are often undervalued.
Come and Sumballo with us at Blue Rooster in Los Feliz, as Vincent Perea hosts drawing Daniella Traub. This will be an implied nude session. Once you arrive, please let the staff at the register know you're there for figure drawing and then walk through the shop and make your way to the back outdoor space and then into the back studio. Please be sure to check in with Vincent.
Arrive early to nab your seats!
Being a non-profit, we are asking for a suggested donation of $15, which goes mostly to our model, and then a bit to the snacks and the space.
Bring friends and meet new ones… or just draw in beautiful solitude. However you Sumballo with your drawing sessions best.
