We’ve opened a second night at the Sultan’s Table, a Middle Eastern feast unlike anything else in Port Lincoln.Lamb shawarma layered over hommus, charred local octopus lifted with preserved lemon, and flatbread warm from the grill brushed with za’atar open the night.
Mains follow with saffron BBQ chicken fragrant with orange and mint, local flathead paired with pearl couscous and chermoula, roasted cauliflower scattered with pomegranate, and carrots glazed with honey and harissa against cool labneh. The evening draws to a close with pistachio baklava, honey mousse and a touch of cinnamon.
