The Greers Ferry Lake Trails Council and Upward Bound is hosting a workday on the SCT in Heber Springs. Trailhead Wheels will provide breakfast (rsvp please) volunteers. Meet at Trailhead Wheels at 8:30 a.m. for details which will include cleanup, signage installation, beautification (flower beds) and minor maintenance. Bring water and tools such as shovels, post hole diggers, hoes, pruners, loppers, hammers, etc. Power tools such as chain saws, blades and other potentially dangerous tools must be pre approved due to liability issues.
