Mark your calendar for our sukiyaki fundraiser that we've held for over 60 years! Our traditional way of cooking each sukiyaki in individual pans is unique to our temple. To participate, please pre-order before Feb, 22nd, 10 pm.Event Overview: Sunday March 2nd, between 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Choose to dine-in or drive-thru to enjoy our special sukiyaki ($24 for beef/vegetarian and chicken teriyaki meal ($20). Each will be served as a combo with our mochi cupcake, Japanese rice and tsukemono. Hot tea will be offered for the dine-in experience.
Dine-In: Please arrive between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (1:00 is last seating to allow time to transition to drive-thru prep). As you arrive, the Japanese American Cititzens League and temple organizations will be on stage to interact and engage with. To order, click dine-in, choose your meals, pay, you'll get your confirmation and on March 2nd, come within the 2 hour window. You'll be seated and served with meals cooked to order.
Drive-Thru: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (on the order form, pick one time and please come only during your selected time. We organize our cooking per time/volume and appreciate your help. Drive on Fawcett in front of our temple and a team will load your car!
