Mahamudra Teaching Afternoon – Inspired by Tai Situ RinpocheJoin us for a special afternoon of study and meditation as we explore the profound Mahamudra teachings through a seven-part online recorded teaching by His Eminence Tai Situ Rinpoche. Together, we will watch Rinpoche’s instructions, allowing his clear, compassionate guidance to deepen our understanding of the nature of mind.
The session will be structured around seven short teaching videos, each followed by a silent meditation. Over the course of the gathering, we will engage in six moments of quiet sitting, offering space to integrate the teachings, settle the mind, and cultivate clarity.
Whether you are new to Mahamudra or have an established practice, this afternoon provides a supportive environment to reconnect with the essence of the path: resting naturally in awareness. No prior experience is required—simply bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Meditation pillows are available but feel free to bring your now materials.
