Session 1: the history of yoga, finding a comfortable seat, understanding yoga breathing
May 12th
Session 2: breakdown fundamental yoga postures and find how they connect with one another as well as how to effectively use yoga props to enhance your practice
May 26th
Session 3: understanding sun salutations and yoga “flow” as well as a deep dive into all yoga styles and their benefits.
