Traditionally, sugar skulls are created as ornamental gifts for children and family members during Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) on November 1st in Mexican culture. These brightly colored skulls represent the departed souls in the circle of life and those departed souls are honored and celebrated. We think its a beautiful tradition. In this workshop, you will paint your very own sugar skull planter and then choose a succulent to adorn your sugar skull. It's sure to be a fun night. Grab your friends and get creative.
