Picture this: short walk to the site to take in the beauty of the property, warm drink upon arrival, charcuterie board to share with your loved one(s), tour of the breathtaking property, 4-course meal under moonlight with string lights in the trees and light music, and ending the night with a bonfire, s’mores and sled ride back to parking. ?

What’s included with each ticket ?:

On the menu that evening:
• Local charcuterie board (contains dairy + gluten) and specialty drink upon arrival! ?
• FIRST COURSE: Seared Scallops with Quinoa and Apple Salad + Maple Butternut Squash Purée
• SECOND COURSE: White Bean Soup with Fried Sage and Crumbled Maple Bacon // Buttermilk Biscuit
• THIRD COURSE: Cedar Plank Salmon with Maple Ginger Glaze / Dried Mission Fig and Oat Groat Salad + Maple Vinaigrette
• FOURTH COURSE: Double Chocolate Mason Jar Cake with Maple Butter
• END OF EVENING DRINK: Maple Whiskey Campfire Cocktail ?
NOTE: our menu (except for the charcuterie board but can be adjusted upon demand) is completely gluten and dairy-free! We can also accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegan or vegetarian. Just let us know when purchasing your ticket and we’ll make the accommodations for you! ???
