There is a one shake/ tea minimum to support the venue .

• Themes this afternoon can include: food insecurity, healthy living, honest and authentic lifestyle, & exercise, showcasing your truth
• All types of art is welcome: dance, exercise, poetry & spoken word, comedy, music, singing, painting
• No body shaming or hate speech or you be escorted out with no refund.
