Enjoy a delicious flight board, while seated fireside, learning about CMC’s signature small batch ice cream-making process. The presentation will go through how they are inspired to create every signature flavor, the selection of the highest quality ingredients, and the incredibly fun process of churning it all together to make each batch of their ice cream.
The Flight Boards will be served with a homemade Gingersnap Cookie dessert, layered with Ginger Mousse, and a savory Spiced Brown Sugar Latte. Next, will be a chocolate cup filled with a Caramel Macchiato Mousse, complimented with a Caramel Latte. Two NEW signature ice creams will also be served. A Tiramisu Ice Cream will be paired with their savory Mocha Latte. The flight will finish with their Red Velvet Cheesecake Ice Cream served with a White Chocolate Mocha Latte.
All participants will receive a $10 Candy Mountain Creamery Gift Card. Ticket prices are $25/person. Space limited, reserve early.
