Sufi Heart-based Meditation Practice

This class is designed for those interested in meditation according to the heart-based 40 Days teachings of Sufi Masters Dr. Nahid Angha and Shah Nazar Seyed Dr. Ali Kianfar. The heart-based practice is a system based on the centrality of the heart in discovering inner knowledge as one travels the transformative spiritual journey toward Self-knowledge. 10 Class series, Participants may attend in-person or on zoom.
