Suffolk Mama's Tribe pregnancy and birth event launching The Cross Keys - Henley as the hub for all pregnancy and birth related queries in Ipswich, for anyone who would like support alongside or outside the system, The Cross Keys has a collective community of women with expertise, knowledge and wisdom in all areas of pregnancy and birth alongside being able to signpost you to other useful services and a free library service.Saturday 12th October starting at 1:30pm.
At 2pm we have the incredible guest speaker Nickita Starck from the free thinking maternity organisation When Push Comes To Shove talking all things pregnancy and birth with focus around informed choices and birth rights, her passion is contagious and the word she is spreading is so important for women wanting a positive, empowering birth.
From 3pm Amber Cherelle Moore, advanced clinical hypnotherapist, founder of the Limitless Mum Academy, and aligned business mentor for entrepreneurial mums. Drawing from her experiences as a mother of three, including a hypnobirth, Amber will introduce you to the transformative power of hypnotherapy for childbirth and beyond. In this enlightening session, she'll share her personal birthing stories, demystify hypnotherapy, and explain its benefits for expectant mothers. The session will culminate in a rejuvenating 20-minute hypnotherapy experience designed to promote calm and relaxation, giving you a taste of this powerful technique.
Afterwards you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and have discussions around all elements of pregnancy and birth with professionals including a birth Doula, post natal Doula, 3 step rewind facilitator and breastfeeding experts. Whether you wish to birth in hospital, at home or free birth, all births should be prepared for and this is the place to start.
Whether pregnant or not I would highly recommend coming to hear Nickita, with her latest passion extending to The Unity Project in which she provides inspiration around self healing and transforming negative patterns, this is one not to miss!
