Join Kylie Bissell |Hot Girl Cycle Club and Lucia Peña | Radiate Wellness at El Molino for Sudor y Soul — a celebration of movement, culture, and comunidad in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month!
We’re bringing you a 1-hour workout: 30 minutes of spin + 30 minutes of mat pilates. Doors open at 9:00 AM and class kicks off at 9:30 AM. Start on the bike or the mat — spots are first come, first serve, so arrive early to grab your setup!
Stick around after class to support local vendors, food, and community connections.Don’t forget to bring water, a mat, and spin shoes if you have them. Need shoes? No problem — we’ve got $3 rentals available.
Option to 'Rep Your Roots' and wear your countrys flag colors!

Te esperamos con un entrenamiento de 1 hora: 30 minutos de cycling + 30 minutos de pilates en mat. Las puertas abren a las 9:00 AM y la clase comienza a las 9:30 AM. Puede empezar en la bici o en el mat — los espacios son por orden de llegada, ¡así que llega temprano para reservar tu puesto!
Después del entrenamiento, quédate a disfrutar de vendedores locales, comida deliciosa y buena vibra comunitaria.No olvides traer agua, una esterilla (mat) y zapatos de cycling si los tienes. Si No tienes, tenemos zapatos para alquiler por solo $3.
