About this Event

Suburban Rail Loop East from Cheltenham to Box Hill (SRL East) will connect our growing health, education, retail and employment precincts in Melbourne’s east and south east.

An Environment Effects Statement (EES) – Victoria’s most comprehensive and transparent planning and environmental assessment process – has been released for SRL East.

We’re planning information sessions during the public exhibition period so you can speak with our project team and independent specialists about the EES.

Our team will be on hand to discuss project benefits and measures that will be put in place to manage any potential effects on people, places and the environment during construction and operation of SRL East.

Session structure

To ensure health and safety and to provide access for all, we’re running 45-minute information sessions to:

  • Meet venue capacity requirements
  • Allow for regular cleaning of materials and equipment
  • Allocate time for our staff to follow COVID-safe practices (e.g. washing and sanitising of hands).

These events will be drop-in style, so you can visit us any time within the 45-minute timeframe.
