Jason Koepke

Harvard Business School graduate and serial entrepreneur, Jason Koepke has bought, sold, and operated 32 businesses across multiple industries. He is the founder behind notable ventures including Businify, Novalyze, and Sidekick.CEO. With deep expertise in structured wealth transfer and real estate, Jason also owns a portfolio of single-family and multi-family properties. His insights blend high-level strategy with real-world execution, making him a trusted voice in business ownership and legacy planning.

Luis Ramos, MD is a Harvard Medical School trained physician and local Real Estate Investor. Originally born in Peru, grew up in sunny Miami, Fl and went to school in NY and Boston. For the past 8 years, he along with his wife, Pattarticha Ramos have been buying up properties in South East Texas and have been quite successful. About 2 yrs ago, they took a leap of faith and decided to join the world's best real estate community known as SUB TO. Within this community, they discovered the power of creative financing and have successfully sold wrap-around(s) and purchased properties with subject to financing. Currently, they have purchased a restaurant with creative financing and are looking to meet fellow Sub To members in New Braunfels.

Pattaraticha Ramos is a native of Thailand and at the young age of 26 was the Chief Marketing Director at Standard Chartered Bank, Bangkok. Fiercely competitive and avid negotiator, she began purchasing real estate in Beaumont, Tx in 2018 and quickly accumulated over 16 properties over this period. She loves to pay attention to minor details and is quick to show contractors how to rehab properties or she will finish the job herself. Pattaraticha has the skill of an entrepreneur as is always looking for the next adventure. She is the proud owner, operator of Cha La Wan Thai Cuisine and has already amassed 5 start reviews on Yelp and Google. She is a force to be reckoned with.
