The Fine Arts Fair is a juried event held at the Historic Newark Arcade. The upcoming fair will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 11am-4pm, providing an opportunity for selected artists to show and sell their fine art works. We hope to have participants whose works include paintings, photography, ceramics & pottery, glass art, fabric art, and other creations.All submitting artists must be a minimum of 18 years old and live in the state of Ohio.

All entries are due by 11:59pm on February 15, 2026.
30 artists will be selected to participate in the Fine Arts Fair.
Selected artists will be notified via email on or before February 22, 2026. A list of selected artists will also be listed online (www.ballhill.com).
Declined submissions will be notified by February 22, 2026.
If selected, each artist must pay $50 to secure their space at the event.
On the day of the event, selected artists can begin their set up as early as at 9:30am.
Placement in the corridor of the Newark Arcade will be on a first come first served basest.
The selected artists must provide all necessary materials and display items. Tents are not permitted at the Newark Arcade. Individual Artists will have approximately 8-10 feet of storefront space (locations will vary) to display their art works.
Selected artists are prohibited from distributing or displaying political materials, religious materials, offensive materials, or items of a similar nature. Any displayed items must directly relate to the art being sold and displayed by the artist as described in the original artist’s application.
Selected artists are solely responsible for the cleanliness of their area and are required to leave the space clean at the end of the Fine Arts Fair. The Newark Arcade space will be brought back to pre-Newark Arcade status. Artists are required to ensure stains and debris are removed from the space.
Selected artists must notify Kevin Connell at BALL HILL The Arcade ([email protected]/917-689-8268) as early as possible if they are unable to attend the Fine Arts Fair.
