Su-a Lee is one of Scotland's most versatile, adventurous and charismatic cellists. She has worked with rock icons such as Jack Bruce (Cream); jazz musicians including Peter Erskine (Weather Report) and Thomas Strønen; and in the world of folk sarod maestro Ustad Amjad Ali Khan from India and Scottish folk-electronica pioneer Martyn Bennett.
In 2022 Su-a released her first 'solo' album. But here's the twist, it wasn't a solo project at all as she invited some of her best musical friends to participate in a series of stunning duets, hence the title Dialogues.
For this very special show Su-a will be joined by three of these stellar collaborators: Duncan Chisholm, one of Scotland's most accomplished fiddlers, celebrated multi-instrumentalist/composer/producer Donald Shaw, and Hamish Napier, producer, tunesmith and multi-faceted performer.
