Come by anytime between 5pm and 7pm and for just $5, learn about specific styles while tasting a couple examples with Alewife co-owner, Kelly Pickard, Certified Cicerone®.This time around we will be sipping and chatting IPAs. Learn about the start ingredient, hops: varieties, their profiles, and how they're used in the brewing process to create a range of aroma, flavor, and bitterness. We'll also chat about the differences between the various IPAs out there: Juicy, West Coast, New England, and even Milkshake.
