<h4>Do you own a second home or investment property in Cornwall? Julian Foye and Cornish Cottage Holidays are excited to host their first open evening, at the Julian Foye flagship store in Truro.</h4>

Open between 5pm and 8pm, this informal drop-in evening will give holiday home owners the chance to speak to industry experts about their holiday let project, and receive bespoke advice.
Members of the Julian Foye team will be on hand to share their expertise on quality furnishings, interior design and which products are the best choice for a holiday property. There will also be optional demonstrations throughout the evening; speak to master carpet fitters, find out what makes a quality mattress, and see soft furnishing options for holiday lets.
The Cornish Cottage Holidays team can share data on how the self-catering market is performing, plus offer advice on value adding features that can improve the desirability and profitability of your holiday home. They can also provide a personalised breakdown of the bookings and income your property could achieve with Cornish Cottage Holidays.
Representatives from Wolf Rock Financial Planning will also be on hand during the evening, to speak to property owners about their wealth management requirements.
Attendance at the event is FREE and guests will be treated to a complimentary welcome drink and refreshments. All attending guests will also receive:
