Prepare for a day of culinary delight as STUFF’D brings together food lovers for a celebration of dumplings and stuffed dishes from around the globe with a variety of shapes and sizes.
Hosted in The Commissary, our vibrant outdoor food + drink market, this festival is your passport to savouring the rich flavours and traditions of stuffed foods from diverse cultures. The event is FREE admission and individual pricing ranges per kitchen.

We’re thrilled to bring you a variety of food and fun experiences that we will be announcing weekly ahead of the festival
Diverse Culinary Offerings
Patrons will be able to purchase a Sampler Plate for $30 and individual items à la carte from The Commissary kitchens (Arvy’s Street Eats, Cressy Mustard Co., La Baracca, Pinched and Smokin’ J’s BBQ), which features an array of flavors such as curried pork momos, Texas Twinkies, arancini, and classic all-dressed Hungarian pierogies.
The outdoor marketplace will be filled with stuffed dishes from around the world, such as classic cabbage rolls, spicy fish empanadas and fresh mochi.
Live Demos
STUFF’D will feature a selection of incredible chefs giving live cooking demonstrations and offering up frozen items to take home, including: Chef Judy Ning from Paper Kite with pot stickers, Chef Jenn Hagerman from Farmhouse Eats with apple dumplings, Chef Dennis Jakker from Order Up with Jamaican patties, and Chef Marie Serrano making Argentinian empanadas.
