Stuffed & Saucy: A Handmade Ravioli Workshop

Join food writer and chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley for an advanced, hands-on workshop dedicated to the art of stuffed pasta. You’ll learn to create classic filled shapes like ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti, and caramelle while mastering pasta dough made from scratch using a stand mixer pasta attachment.

The majority of class time is spent rolling, cutting, stuffing, and sealing pasta, allowing you to fully engage with each technique. You’ll work with a classic ricotta filling and finish your pastas with traditional tomato and Alfredo sauces. Shawnie will guide you through a discussion on how and why certain shapes pair best with specific sauces and fillings, giving you the confidence to recreate these impressive dishes at home.

After all your hard work, sit down to enjoy your pasta feast with an included glass of wine.

• Aprons are provided.
• Please wear long pants and closed-toe, flat shoes.
• No sandals, flip-flops, or high heels are permitted in the kitchen for safety reasons.
• If you have long hair, make sure it is pulled back.

If you need to cancel your class booking, you may do so up to 48 hours before the class to receive a refund or class credit.
If The Mix must cancel a class, you will be notified immediately by phone or email and given the option to switch to another class of equal value or receive a full refund.
