Gretchen Wegner is a study skills specialist and founder of the Anti-Boring Learning Lab, where she trains tutors, academic coaches, and educators to teach students how to learn effectively. A former teacher and academic coach with a master’s in education, she’s passionate about the intersection of executive function, cognitive science, and student success—especially making the science of learning accessible for educators and students alike. When she’s not geeking out about the art of coaching study skills, Gretchen infuses playfulness and storytelling into her teaching, proving that even serious topics can be joyful and, well, anti-boring!
