A 10km trail run that has beach, woodland and stunning cliff top views. Starting at Knoll Beach, you will be running to Middle Beach, past Fort Henry towards South Beach. The route then heads uphill to Ballard Down and on to Old Harry Rocks. As you head back down towards South beach, there is a circuit round Warren Wood before you head back to Knoll Beach.
The run starts at 9am but please arrive by 8.50am for the safety briefing. Meeting point is at the bottom of Knoll Beach driveway, just past the shop and cafe, before you head onto the beach.
This is a challenging run over varied terrain, including sand, road and off road tracks with some steep sections of path.
Minimum age is 14 and under 18's need to be accompanied by a participating adult. The event is free and booking is not required. Dogs must be kept on a lead for their safety and that of other runners.
Runners and spectators are advised to park in the Knoll Beach visitor car park, free parking for members and blue badge holders, seasonal rates will apply to non-members.
