Learn to build the strength and muscle definition of a ballet dancer without any dance experience. This class is designed to make you shake and burn.
PLEASE NOTE: Modifications can be offered but this class is not recommended for anyone with injuries or during pregnancy.
Once your place in the class has been booked, I cannot offer any refunds/transfers.
