Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, our community of photography enthusiasts is here to help you grow and explore new possibilities. Each month, we offer a variety of activities and themes designed to challenge and inspire you. Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to shoot in a real working studio β there's no other place like it! Join us for fun and easy-to-understand explanations of technical aspects of photography, as well as creative experiments that will help you unlock your full potential.
What to bring?
All you need is a camera.
Most cameras will work in our studio and we will always help to get you set up and shooting. For your camera to work with our flash photography it will need a hot shoe on the top with a centre point.
If you do not have a hotshoe don't worry, come along as we will see how we can accommodate you the best we can
WHERE & MORE INFO
Our meetings are located in the historic town of Pontefract. Situated in the old Barracks we have two large studios, a ton of equipment and refreshments.
Parking
We have lots of free parking allocated right outside the building.
Accessibility
Our studio is on the second floor but we have lift access and everyone is welcome.
