Studio Performance United Camp
Intro to Strength Training for Neurodivergent Youth (Ages 12+)
September 17-19th, 6-8pm
This 3-day training camp is designed for neurodivergent youth — including those with ADHD, autism, and related sensory or learning differences — to build confidence, strength, and body awareness in a supportive environment. Campers will learn the fundamentals of strength training, including proper form, movement patterns, and coordination, all tailored to meet different learning styles and needs.
The camp is led by a certified strength coach who is also on the neurodivergent spectrum, creating an environment rooted in understanding, structure, and encouragement.
Whether your child is new to training or looking to feel more comfortable in the gym, this camp offers a positive space to grow stronger — both physically and mentally.
