Expect a full body workout complete with multiple Title trainers to keep you motivated, 8 rounds of shadowboxing, and some core work. DJ Jay Dee will be spinning beats & beginners are welcome! See what the hype is all about & wrap up your weekend on an endorphin high!
Every participant will receive a drink ticket at check-in to redeem a mimosa at the outdoor Piazza Bar by One.Twenty.Three Tavern
What to bring: yoga mat, water, sunscreen, smiles, your friends!
$10 no show fee will apply to anyone who doesn’t cancel within 12 hours of event.
