An evening of support and tools to help those in the sandwich generation thrive in this stage of life!
About this Event

Are you juggling the demands of caring for aging parents while raising children of your own? You’re not alone. This program is designed specifically for adults in the sandwich generation, offering a supportive space to address the unique challenges of this life stage.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Karen Wolman, a psychologist with expertise in this area, as our guest speaker. Dr. Wolman will share valuable insights and practical strategies to help you manage responsibilities, maintain balance, and find fulfillment amid the pressures of caregiving. The program will be moderated by Jennifer Jacobson who runs the Southwest Jewish Seniors program.

This evening will focus on equipping you with the tools you need to thrive—not just survive—during this complex time. Join us for an evening of learning, connection, and encouragement as we explore how to create a meaningful and sustainable path forward.

Refreshments will be served.

Event is donation based - you can contribue whatever amount you feel comfortable with.
