Vinyasa Structuring & Sequencing. How to create classes more thoughtfully & skillfully. This 2 day intensive training will thoroughly break down how to be more intentional and well rounded through the structuring and sequencing of our postures in a Vinyasa class. Everything has a purpose. Included:
